Above it all - A late afternoon gathering of the Portsmouth Arts Guild brought me to the Bristol Town Ferry Park in Portsmouth, looking out under the Mount Hope Bridge toward Narragansett Bay. It was one one of those hot hazy and humid summers’ day in Rhode Island, with just enough wind to be a nuisance to us painters. Original gouache painting painted on location.
