A skiff at rest in an early November morning. Painted from a photograph by Jan Burling with permission. This was painted for a weekly challenge by the Portsmouth Arts Guild. It was a fun painting to do, as I tried to complete it with just one brush, a large mop brush, but ended up adding some detail with a finer brush. Framed in Oak, 10X14 inches on archival cold pressed paper. There are no taxes on artwork in Rhode Island
